The Story
This painting was created during a trip to Lake Como, Italy. I was up before sunrise, walking along the shoreline as the village slowly came to life.
The light that morning was extraordinary – soft, cool and golden all at once. The water was like glass, reflecting the colours of the sky and the buildings.
I wanted to capture that stillness, that breath between night and day when anything feels possible.
It’s a place that stays with you long after you leave. I hope this painting brings a little of that peace into your space.
